A very important resource for Autoclima is the activity of the Technical Assistance Dept, where people having more than 10 years experience and that are assigned to customers in all relation steps with Autoclima, from the best solution choice, through the assistance during the installation, until the assistance during the Warranty period.
To get in contact with Autoclima does mean to meet with people that do develop and design the products or that know them in all parts, a fundamental element for helping customers rapidly and efficiently, either an industrial interlocutor or a private owner with some faq.
Besides this activity, directly given by the Company, we count on a network of more than 300 Agreed Service Points in Italy and several abroad, all of them specialized in Air Conditioning and periodically trained and informed about products and activities.
